Refund/Replacement/Warranty Policy

All sales at InkDoodle are final sales as everything is custom printed. InkDoodle is not responsible for any customer-generated mistakes, errors or defects that includes but not limited to the following: dark images, wrong images, poor image quality from low resolution images, pixelated images, typos, order quantity and/or other ordering errors. It is the customers responsibility to ensure the order is accurate before placing the order.  

Replacements will only be given when the order is determined to be a manufacturers defect. Manufacturers defect include things such as loose or wavy canvas, bubbles, scratches or fading. In addition, we will also cover any warping of stretcher bars. If this were to occur, InkDoodle will replace the defective prints at no cost to you. If there is a defect on your order, please take pictures and email it to our customer service team. Our team will evaluate the images sent to us and ensure the proper solution is given to every customer.

For slate rocks, these products cannot be refunded due to chips or cracks on the edges or sides of the product. These products already have stone chips that give it a unique look for a marble,chipped look. If a chip or crack is located in the center or within 1/4" of the way in from the edges we will process a replacement.

For flags or any other outdoor signage/prints, in severe weather conditions it is recommended that all flags and prints are taken down and stored indoors. Damages from poor weather conditions will not be covered under the warranty. 

All flags come with 3 months (90 days) warranty from the date the order is received. This is to cover any manufacturers defect in the stitching of the flag or breakage of poles. Anything after 3 months (90 days) unfortunately it cannot be covered. On average our flags last over 2 years. As flags are placed outdoors, there are too many factors that will cause the hardware and print to break so unfortunately we are unable to guarantee it will last x amount of time. It also depends on where it is placed, weather conditions and etc.

Customer must submit the images within 7 business days from receiving the order. All orders have a tracking number when shipped, the date the package is "delivered" will be considered the date the customer received the order. Fail to submit images within 7 business days may result in rejection of replacement.
